ok .. theres one tink i don understand .. why do kids like to wear under wears or sometimes not even anything and play in the fountain or water area of shopping centres... As parents of the kids .. don't u feel that it is inappropriate? i mean .. shopping centres??? .. why don't you just bring them to the swimming pool ??? imagine an AM come to bugis or vivo city and they find naked kids running around, or drenched kids of age 15+ walking around the shopping centre. so OMG.. 15+ years old and they play at the fountain of shopping centre? well parents .. DO SOMETHING!.. u know why the bugis's fountain have to undergo so many repairs ? its ur
